Brief Introduction
We completed a government villa central heating project in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Facing strict residential environmental requirements and low-quality local coal fuel, we customized a high-standard low-emission coal hot water boiler system. Thanks to urgent priority production and on-site engineer guidance, the equipment was successfully installed and commissioned on time to guarantee seasonal heating for the whole villa community.
Project Overview
This is a government-invested villa district heating project located in the suburban area of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The complete boiler system is responsible for centralized space heating and domestic hot water supply for local residential villas. Due to the boiler room’s close distance to residential buildings, the local government set extremely strict environmental and emission control requirements for the heating equipment.
Project Challenges
Poor local fuel quality:
The local coal has low calorific value, poor overall quality and high pollutant content. Conventional coal-fired heating equipment is prone to excessive flue gas emissions and fails to meet local environmental standards.
Extremely tight construction schedule:
The local official heating season starts in October, while the customer only completed payment at the end of August. This left an extremely short cycle for equipment manufacturing, delivery, on-site installation and commissioning, bringing huge time pressure to the project.
Customized Solution
According to China’s highest environmental protection standards and the actual local fuel conditions, we customized a high-efficiency and low-emission coal-fired hot water heating system for this villa community.
The adopted model is CDZL1.05-85/60-SCI Coal Hot Water Boiler. The equipment is specially optimized for low-quality coal fuel, ensuring stable heating output while greatly reducing flue gas pollutants to meet ultra-high local environmental requirements.
